- Gas or electric, for a water heater, and roughly how old
- Whether more than one drain is slow
- Your address, so we know whose permit and water rules apply
- A photo, if you can take one
Until We Get There
Stop The Damage
Water pouring out
Shut the main valve where the water line comes into the house. Then call.
Water heater leaking
Close the cold water valve on top of the heater and set the gas control to off or pilot.
You smell gas
Leave first. Call your gas company or 911 from outside, then us once it's safe.
