Santa Clarita & The San Fernando Valley Drain Line Cleaning

One slow sink is a fixture. Every drain slow at once is the main line. We clear drains at homes and commercial buildings, and we find out why they clogged.

8 a.m. to 5 p.m., seven days a week. No after-hours emergency service.

Sounds familiar?

  1. One slow drainUsually that fixture's trap or branch line. Simple to clear.
  2. All of them slowThe main line. Don't keep running water until it's cleared.
  3. Backing up lowWater rising in a shower or floor drain when a toilet flushes is the main line.
  4. Sewer smellA smell from a drain can be a dry trap or a line problem worth a look.

How We Handle Drain Line Cleaning

Where the clog is decides how it's cleared. A bathroom sink full of hair needs the trap and a small cable. A kitchen line packed with grease needs more, sometimes jetting. A main line backing up into the lowest drain in the house usually means roots, a belly where the pipe sags, or something that should never have been flushed.

We clear the line, and when it's the kind of clog that comes back, we put a camera in it to see why. Commercial lines are worked the same way, with more of them: restaurant grease lines, floor drains and the mains that serve a whole building.

If a drain backs up into your house or business, stop running water into it until it's cleared. Every load of laundry and every flush adds to what's already backing up.

  1. Sinks, tubs, showers, laundry and floor drains
  2. Kitchen and grease lines
  3. Main lines through the cleanout
  4. Commercial drain lines
  5. A camera inspection when the clog keeps coming back

Drain Line Cleaning Questions

Do you clear commercial drains?

Yes. Restaurant and kitchen grease lines, floor drains and building main lines. Call and tell us what the building is and which drains are backing up.

Why does my drain keep clogging?

Because the cause is still in the line: grease coating the pipe, roots at a joint, or a sag where waste settles. Clearing the clog again won't fix that. A camera inspection shows which one it is.
